Synthesis of FITC labeled drug candidates
Imagestream analysis of fluorescence (FITC) labeled drugs is the most popular tool for identifying the biological target of drug candidates; its application has increased dramatically in the pharmaceutical industry. With previous experience in siRNA area, we are capable of providing synthesis of FITC labeled drug candidate services. There are two ways one can attach the FITC labeled compound to small molecules: a direct attachment through an amide bond and second fluorescence reagent thiol addition to the double bond of enone in a 1,4-fashion. Two representative examples are shown below.
